At Te Awamutu Association Football Club (Te Awamutu AFC), we are proud to be one of the oldest football clubs in the Waikato, with a legacy dating back to 1913. For over a century, we’ve been at the heart of our community, fostering a love for football while creating a family-friendly environment where everyone is welcome.

We cater to players of all ages and skill levels, from junior programs starting at age 4 to senior competitive teams, including Men’s and Women’s divisions and our championship-winning Over 35s. Our club is built on a foundation of inclusivity, fun, and teamwork, offering opportunities for both competitive and social play.

As a family-friendly club, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, supportive atmosphere where players and their families can connect, build friendships, and enjoy the game together. We regularly host events and programs designed to bring our community closer while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

Our facilities span three key locations: The Stadium on Armstrong Avenue (home of our clubrooms), Anchor Park on Alexandra Street, and Sherwin Park on Swarbrick Drive, which serves our junior players.
